Wonka Goods Lift

The Goods Lifts work similarly to the Glass Elevators, but have two major differences:

1. It can only go one direction (Up and Down).

2. It works by counterweight (The right amount of Oompa Loompas are loaded into/taken out of a giant metal basket connected to iron ropes connected to the lift, and lift it to wherever it needs to go to).
